Six London school-leavers attempt to make it in the world, balancing the challenge of trying to make a name for themselves in the music industry against the pressures and tragedies of everyday life.

After a run-in with local thugs, aspiring Harlem rapper Rob (Omarion Grandberry) flees to a place and father (Giancarlo Esposito) he never knew, and finds his salvation in Reggaeton, a spicy blend of hip-hop, reggae and Latin beats. Puerto Rico, the spiritual home of Reggaeton, inspires Rob and his half-brother Javi (Victor Rasuk) to pursue their dream of becoming Reggaeton stars. Together with a dancer named C.C., they learn what it means to stay true to themselves and each other, while overcoming obstacles in love, greed and pride, all culminating in an explosive performance at New York?s Puerto Rican Day Parade.

Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck are rival book salesmen from Rambling House. They each go their separate ways to sell books to folks, Daffy finds himself encountering Elmer Fudd and Porky Pig. Bugs gets forced by Sultan Yosemite Sam to tell stories to his bratty son, Prince Abba-Dabba. The stories are shown through clips of old Warner Bros. Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies.

Marti DeBergi is a film-maker who decides to make a documentary, a rockumentary actually, about the world’s loudest band, the British heavy metal group Spinal Tap. The movie is in fact a biting satire and spoof of the whole rock and roll scene that passes itself off as a real documentary of a real band. Hilarious behind-the-scenes footage is combined with faux-concert clips to breath life into the imaginary group.

Eugene is an extraordinary talent in classic guitar, but he dreams of being a famous Blues guitarist. So he investigates to find a storied lost song. He asks the legendary Blues musician Willie Brown to help him, but Willie demands to free him from the old-people’s prison first and to really learn the blues on the way to it’s origin: Mississippi Delta. Eugene doesn’t know yet about Willie’s deal with the devil, that he now wants to revoke.

An (unnamed) Guy is a Dublin guitarist/singer-songwriter who makes a living by fixing vacuum cleaners in his Dad’s Hoover repair shop by day, and singing and playing for money on the Dublin streets by night. An (unnamed) Girl is a Czech who plays piano when she gets a chance, and does odd jobs by day and takes care of her mom and her daughter by night. Guy meets Girl, and they get to know each other as the Girl helps the Guy to put together a demo disc that he can take to London in hope of landing a music contract. During the same several day period, the Guy and the Girl work through their past loves, and reveal their budding love for one another, through their songs. Written by Charles Delacroix

The dearest dream of Sara Johnson (Izabella Miko), a fragile white girl from a small town, was to attend Juilliard’s dance school in New York and become a famous ballerina. But the fate decreed otherwise and Sara had to abandon her dream. She moved in with her estranged father Roy (Terry Kinney) to Chicago ghetto and began attending high school where the overwhelming majority of students were African-American. However, she became fast friends with nice guy Derek Reynolds (Sean Patrick Thomas) and his beautiful sister Chenille (Kerry Washington) who invited her to a hip-hop dance club. While on the dance floor, Sara found that her dancing was the source of laughter, and then Derek offered to teach her the art of hip-hop dance. Sara proved to be a capable student but unexpectedly realized that she had a case of “jungle fever.” The girl’s teacher became her sweetheart…

Cheery Alex Fletcher lives comfortably in Manhattan off the residuals from his 80’s pop success and reprising his hits at school reunions, theme parks, and state fairs. But those gigs are declining, so he jumps at the chance to write a song and record it with reigning teen idol Cora Corman. Trouble is, he’s good at melodies but needs a lyricist and has less than a week to finish. Enter Sophie Fisher, subbing for a friend who waters Alex’s plants; she’s a pretty good poet, quick witted, and could do it, if she’d agree. But there’s some sort of shadow over her head that Alex may not be able to charm his way past. And what if they do get a song written, what then?
